Incorrect information on a page
Corrections are handled separately so they are never lost in general email. Email corrections@therestorationdirectory.com with the page address, the statement that is wrong, and the correct information. The corrections page explains what happens next.
If you own or manage a listed company
Claiming a listing is the fastest route, because a verified owner can edit their own information directly. Start from your company page, or read the claiming and ownership policy first.

What the directory does not do
The directory does not dispatch crews, take emergency service calls, quote work, or handle insurance claims. In an active loss, contact a restoration company directly, or your insurer if a claim is involved.
